Protocols on “choma” zone

  1. A maximum of 20 guests are allowed at each  Falcon Choma zone  pods  at any given time. All guests should keep at least 1.5 meters distance from each other. A host will be available to monitor this maximum.
  2. Making a reservation for the Falcon Choma Zone pod  is mandatory. Reservations can be made via event app,our website, or by telephone (+250783081808).
  3. To gain entry to the venue the protocols  on  purchase of tickets and transport and permission to access the venue will strictly apply. Guests that decline to adhere to the set protocols will be refused entry to Falcon Choma Zone pods.
  4. Tables in the Falcon Choma Zone pods will be  placed with at least 1.5 meter distance from each other. A maximum of two guests are allowed per table, unless the guests belong to one household. The host will inquire about this when the guests arrive and table assignment will be done accordingly.
  5. Guests are expected to disinfect their hands at the entrance of Falcon Choma Zone pods before taking place at their table.
  6. All Falcon Choma Zone pods   employees will be required to wash their hands regularly, in line with the guidelines as set out by the Ministry of Health and RBC.
  7. Employees will use sidetables to serve food and/or drinks if requested by the guest. Otherwise Falcon Choma Zone pods   will serve at the guests table.
  8. Surfaces and menu’s will be disinfected after each use.
  9. It is possible to order take away. This can be collected at the hostdesk or bar by a maximum of three people per pick-up.
