At check-in, guests will be asked if they require room cleaning during their stay. Employees will only enter rooms after explicit permission of the guest and when the guest is not in the room.
All housekeeping employees will wear masks and gloves while cleaning rooms.
Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, following the ministry of health, RDB Tourism department and RBC guidelines. All contact surfaces will be disinfected after each stay.
Towels and bathrobes (if applicable) will be sealed in plastic.
Room service will be offered on a trolley, which will be placed outside the guests room door. The guest will be asked to take the room service delivery from the trolley. The employee will not enter the room and keep a safe distance.
